SOI DOG CONTACT DETAILS FOR ANIMALS REQUIRING ASSISTANCE:

To contact Soi Dog regarding dogs or cats needing assistance please read the following carefully.

It is important to make a very clear distinction between emergency and non-emergency situations.

Soi Dog frequently receives calls reporting animals requiring assistance. If the animal is in the south of Phuket this can involve a 3 hour round trip to respond. Often our staff find a dog that is suffering from a skin condition or similar and the dog could have been picked up routinely the following day. This can mean that a dog in a real emergency dies as a result of the false alarm.

An emergency would be a serious road accident or serious attack on an animal leaving it in a critical condition. For dogs suffering but not critical please call our help line during the hours above and provide a full description of location and condition.

In ALL cases please note as best you can the EXACT location of the animal and if possible take a photograph of the animal

NOTE: Soi Dog does not treat owned animals. However if you see a case of neglect contact us per below.

Unfortunately Soi Dog does not have the resources or staff to respond to emergencies 24 hours per day.

During the following hours please call our help line 081 788 4222.

Monday to Friday. 08:00 to 17:00

Saturday and Sunday 08:00 to 12:00.

If after hours take the animal to one of the private clinics below. PRIOR AUTHORITY should be sought before taking the animal to a private clinic by contacting Gregg Tully on 087 263 0827. If Gregg cannot be contacted do take the animal to one of the private clinics. If in the opinion of the vet emergency treatment is required Soi Dog will pay costs.

Please advise Soi Dog as soon as possible during normal hours (above) where the animal was taken to. All the clinics below will accept emergency cases.
