Great News...

Robinson's Adoption!

Robinson was found by long time Soi Dog supporter Peggy. Robinson got his name in that he was found in the parking lot of the Robinson's department store. As he was under the threat of being poisoned Peggy contacted Soi Dog and brought him to the shelter.

Sergio & Kwan Loiacono friends of Soi Dog supporter John Higgs had recently decided to get a dog and John suggested Soi Dog. They got in touch with John Dalley and arrived next morning at Soi Dog's shelter. Robinson went straight to them and it was love at first sight!

Cappuccino Adopted!

Long time shelter resident, Cappuccino has been adopted by a loving family living on Victoria Island BC. Cappuccino came to us following horrific an accident requiring amputation of one leg. A fabulous little dog full of character and loves everybody.

From Danielle, Capppuccino's adopter:

You asked how cap and my other dog was getting along, at first Wilson nipped at Cappuccino, for the first few days. if Cappuccino got too close Wilson would nip. BUT that has ended and they are always playing together, it is enjoyable to watch, especially because Cappuccino is such a good spirited dog.

He is getting much better with stairs as well, was good going down but not climbing up. We’ve been practicing stairs and he's doing much better now.

He is very attached to Steve, when Steve leaves the room Cappuccino will follow.

Cappuccino was definitely meant to be adopted, he settled in extremely well, much better than I expected. I am just so happy about the turnout. Very blessed and grateful that he got a second chance.
