You can help the dogs and cats that cannot be adopted. Through our sponsorship program, you can help a special needs dog or cat and your monthly contribution will enable us to keep our promise to all the animals in our care of always providing a safe place to live and the necessary medical care they need and deserve. By sponsoring one of the dogs or cats Soi Dog cares for you are not only helping that cat or dog but also others in need of food and treatment.

Soi Dog Foundation treats all dogs and cats equally whether sponsored or not. Soi Dog Foundation currently spends over 80,000 Thai baht ($2,500 or 1,800 Euros) per month on food alone for the dogs at the Soi Dog shelter, in temples and other locations through the Leone Cosens Memorial Feeding Programme.
By feeding these animals it stops them going on to the streets and beaches to scavenge for food and also enables us to monitor their health and sterilize abandoned puppies and kittens once they are old enough. Temples are the traditional dumping ground for unwanted puppies and kittens.
Sponsors receive a certificate with a photo of their chosen animal and an update every 6 months on the condition of their sponsored dog or cat. Why not sponsor a dog or cat as a special gift for a friend or relative (Gift certificates are available on request).

Soi Dog Foundation makes every effort to find the best home for the animals in our care. Sadly, many of the dogs and cats that come to us have been abused or neglected and others are injured or have chronic illnesses. As a result many of these animals are not suitable for adoption.
