I make black cats look even more beautiful with my three legs and my striking conversational skills!
My name is BoonDee
A few months ago I was attacked by a dog when I was living near a local hotel. My injuries were so bad that the vets had to amputate my wounded leg. That terrible experience did not leave me bitter and angry. In fact, I am the opposite. So please keep reading if you like to get to know me.
Did you know that there is candy called Boondee that is found in some Asian countries? It is super sweet and I like to think I am the same. And my name spells out that I am too:
B is for buddy, everyone is my pal
O is for outgoing, you should see me as I prance around on my three legs
O is for ornate, nothing plain here!
N is for natty, I am a looker with my glimmering eyes
D is for dazzle, I will sparkle in YOUR eyes
E is for enthusiasm, in even the most dire circumstances (didn’t I survive a dog attack?)
E is for easy going, no ruffles here.
I wish I also had a T which would stand for talker because I do like to have chats with the humans.
So, that’s a little bit about who I am but, I’d like to get to know you too. As you know I like to talk, but I also like to listen.
And if I come to live with you this is what we can get up to: I will greet you when you come back from work and I follow you around while you tell me how your day has been. Then, after a great dinner together, we can lie on your sofa (I am happy to offer you belly rubs if you‘ve had a long day) and chill until it’s bedtime.
Don’t worry if you have other cats in your house, because I am very used to sharing my things (but I would really love a bed and a bowl of my own for a change).
I hope you have been looking for a furry friend like me all your life because I can tell you, I sure have been looking for a human. Being born a street cat doesn’t mean that I don’t want human affection. It’s all we cats think about (when we are not eating, sleeping or thinking about catching some innocent bug on the wall). So, PLEASE send your details to the adoption team here at Soi Dog Foundation and let’s meet up!
