Rescued from neglect and ready for a home

Hello! I’m Gabina, a confident and independent girl looking for a home.

My story is one of severe neglect. My owner permanently chained me to the balcony of his house and left me for weeks at a time. No walks, no love and sometimes no food either. Fortunately, in January 2021, someone alerted Soi Dog who came to investigate. They were shocked to see the squalor I was living in and spoke to my owner who agreed to surrender me into their care. The chain was cut, and that’s when my life truly began.

Based on my difficult past and my wolf-like looks, people sometimes assume I’d be a bit of a toughie, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! I’m a friendly girl and enjoy gentle pets and affection from my human friends. However, I also appreciate having own space at times.

I’m looking for an experienced owner, with no young children, who understands what I’ve been through and respects my need for Gabina time every now and then!
