Hi there!  My name is Haagen.  My beautiful sandy coat and long slender body gives me a unique look that is hard to miss.  I’m a cautious girl and I find comfort in being around people rather than the crowded environment of my shelter life.  Sometimes it’s hard to find some peace and quiet.  Is your home that place for me? 

Living on the streets of Thailand took its toll on me.  When I arrived at Soi Dog’s shelter I only weighted 9kgs, compared to the 19kgs I weigh now.  I wasn’t eating and some of my organs were infected.  Luckily, I received the medical care I needed, and I was able to survive the horrible life on the streets.   

I look forward to a calm home where I can relax by your side.  I’m not bothered by the other dogs I live with but would prefer a calm, older doggy sibling like myself.  I don’t mind going for a walk but, once I’m out, I tend to become a little overwhelmed by all the sights and sounds of the shelter.  All I ask is for a safe place to rest my head, a warm bed and someone to love me.  Could that be you?
