A big boy with a big heart

My personality: Gentle, tentative, friendly.

My story: For the first few years of my life, I lived on the streets. I was fortunate to have a lady feeding me there, and she contacted Soi Dog when she noticed I was limping. No one is quite sure what happened to me, but I had a dislocated hip and knee and needed surgery and physiotherapy to get back on my paws again. I have a slightly uneven gait as a result but, as you can see from my photos below, this doesn't stop me from doing much! 

My needs: I can be tentative in new situations, so I will need time and patience while I adjust to your world. I will also need to keep my weight under control to ensure I don't put any stress on my previously injured hip and knee. I'm a big boy with a huge heart, and I think I deserve to know what it means to be a beloved furry family member. My gentle presence has captured the hearts of volunteers and staff, and I think it will capture yours too!
