Other dogs aren't a patch on me!

My personality: Fun, friendly, adventurous.

My story: No one is quite sure what happened to me, but I arrived at Soi Dog in January 2021 with a wound on my leg and a whole lot of sadness in my eyes. Oftentimes, deep wounds require amputation, but the wonderful vets were able to treat mine and nurse me back to full health. As for the sadness, that’s long healed too! These days, I’m a happy boy with a friendly personality and a healthy body (some people call me “chonky”, but I prefer “big boned”).

My needs: I’m looking for a family who will indulge my active and curious side – you know, the side that makes me want to take long walks, sniff everything in my path and dive head-first into the shelter pool! I’m hoping to explore my playful side too; I’ve recently discovered tennis balls and other fun toys, but I haven’t quite figured out what to do with them yet. In short, I have lots of great qualities, but hiding them behind the walls of a shelter is starting to take its toll on me, and I’m desperately looking for the opportunity to share them with a family of my own instead.
