My spirits are at an all-time high! 

Did you know that in Thai my name means "high spirits"? I couldn‘t have been given a better name as, despite everything I have suffered, I’m always looking on the brighter side of life and never fail to make people smile. Reungjai by name, and Reungjai by nature!

I was born on the streets of Phuket and, at just a few weeks old, was hit by a speeding car. The accident fractured my pelvis and both my back legs. It also dislocated the joint that connected my pelvis and spine. I was in agony and so very scared. Thankfully, someone found me lying on the road and rushed me to a local clinic. They couldn't afford the treatment but also couldn't bear to leave me in pain, so they called Soi Dog for help. The vets did everything they could, but one of my legs was irreparable and had to be amputated. The accident has also left me urine and fecally incontinent.  

Despite all of this, I am such a happy little girl who is longing for someone to love. I’m very sociable and enjoy spending time with people, whether we’re walking or cuddling together. Thanks to my sponsors and the team at Soi Dog, I have been given a second chance at life. I hope I can find a patient and understanding family to spend it with!
