Jaw Toa, beaten to death in the grounds of a temple while chained up and unable to escape.

Take action now and demand justice for the innocent victims of animal cruelty in Thailand!

Ask Thailand's Minister for Justice to punish animal cruelty offences to the full extent of the law.

Thailand introduced its first Animal Welfare Bill in December 2014, making acts of animal cruelty a criminal offence punishable by up to 2 years' imprisonment and/or a 40,000 THB fine.

Despite this, sentencing to date has been overly lenient and acts of horrific animal cruelty continue to be perpetrated. This is no doubt due in part to the lack of any kind of strict sentencing that might act as an effective deterrent.

Please join the animal lovers of Thailand in their fight to change things. Add your name to the petition now.
