Meet Elysium

Story

Elysium was a six-month old puppy when he arrived at Soi Dog Foundation after being found abandoned in a school. During his physical examination on entry, the vet found Elysium had suffered atrophy in his right leg. Unresponsive to medication, Elysium's right front leg was amputated. Today, Elysium is weight bearing on his remaining three limbs and walks normally without any signs of pain or lameness. He is ready to find his forever home!

In the run

- Confident, excited, friendly and approaches visitors.

- Likes to play with his friends, will growl sometimes but never fights.

- Sometimes will turn to mouth hand softly when being touched or lead being placed.

Outside

- Walks confidently everywhere, no issues passing through noisy/busy areas.

- Shows interest in people walking by and likes to approach.

- No issues walking near another dog and can pass easily.

Off lead

- Explored the environment confidently.

- Loves playing with toys and can be solely focused on them.

- Sometimes does not want to leave so a toy is used to capture his attention.
