Meet Serena
Hi! I’m Serena, an affectionate, confident, friendly and playful girl looking for a home.
No one is quite sure what happened to me, but I was found at two months old with a protruding eye and a facial fracture – injuries that point towards blunt trauma like a road traffic accident or a dog bite. Soi Dog rushed me to their shelter and gave me the treatment I needed, which included the removal of my injured eye. My remaining eye bulges a bit, but this doesn't cause me any problems. It just makes me look a little excited and eager – which I am!
I am a naturally confident and friendly girl and will happily approach. I get excited to go outside and will pull on the lead, especially if we're headed towards the swimming pool! I walk confidently everywhere, including busy and noisy areas, and can easily walk past other dogs and strangers.
In the off-lead areas, I explore calmly and confidently and will play if you instigate it. As you can see from my photos, I love to be around people and enjoy all kinds of affection and attention. I'd love for you to watch the video of me in the carousel above as it really brings all of these lovely qualities to life.
When I first join my home, everything will be new and strange at first, but I'm sure there's nothing I can't adapt to with your love and guidance!
If I sound like a good fit for your family, or you’d like to learn some more about me, please enquire.
