Meet Tomsaab
Hi! I’m Tomsaab, an active, confident and friendly girl looking for a home.
I was only five months old when I was found laying on the street from exhaustion. Suspecting I had been involved in a road traffic accident, I was brought to the shelter for further investigation. At the Soi Dog hospital, the vets discovered fractures in my left hind leg which required surgery. With supportive care, treatment and cage rest, I recovered from my injury and am completely weight bearing on all legs.
I enjoy my walks, am quite comfortable on the lead and confidently explore my surroundings. In the off-lead area, I like to run and play and explore and sniff the environment.
As I've never lived in a home before, everything will be new and strange at first, but I'm sure there's nothing I can't adapt to with your love and guidance!

THE ADOPTION PROCESS
Adopting from Soi Dog Foundation is one of the most effective ways to support our work, as each adoption creates the space we need to help another animal in need. It is also incredibly rewarding to give an animal the chance to experience the love and security they so desperately deserve.
Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
