Hi! I’m El Cerebro, a friendly and gentle girl looking for a home.
I was found living on some empty farmland with a group of other dogs. There was no food, no one looking after us and nowhere to take shelter from the hot sun. Knowing we had no future there, Soi Dog brought us to their shelter for safety.
I was about four years old when I arrived, but now I’m heading into my senior years. I really hope I can find a family soon. I’m a lovely girl who would be a great addition to a family. And the more you get to know me, the more of my sweet personality I show.
Visitors to my enclosure are often won over by my cute triangular ears, my beautiful brown eyes, which stand out against my jet-black fur, and my gentle approach. But don’t be fooled – this mild-mannered girl can be energetic too. You should see my zoomies!
Please enquire about me, El Cerebro. As a small dog, I won’t take up much room in your home, but I will take up all the space in your heart!
THE ADOPTION PROCESS

Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
