Meet Kriangkai
Hi! I'm Kriangkai, a confident, energetic and friendly boy looking for a home.
I was just three months old when I arrived at Soi Dog Foundation after becoming the victim of a road traffic accident. I suffered a femur fracture which the vet team attempted to surgically repair. Unfortunately, the damage was too severe, so the vets made the difficult decision to amputate my leg. I recovered well after my second surgery, can bear weight on my three remaining legs and walk without signs of pain or lameness.
In my enclosure with the other dogs, I am confident, friendly and will approach visitors. I do get a little jealous at times when I'm with a visitor and dogs start to get close. Otherwise, I get along and have no problems with the other dogs.
When I'm outside, I walk and explore confidently everywhere, including busy and noisy areas. I can easily walk past other dogs without issue and will sometimes show interest if they come close. In the off-lead areas, I explore and sniff my surroundings with confidence. I enjoy rolling in the grass and running around. When I'm calm, I will approach to be petted.
I dream of having my first and only forever home. It may take a little time for me to settle in, but I'm sure there's nothing I can't adapt to with your love and guidance!
If I sound like a good fit for your family, or you’d like to learn some more about me, please enquire.
