Meet Patamon

Hi! I’m Patamon, a confident, friendly and independent girl looking for a home.

I was transferred to Soi Dog from the nearby government dog pound when I was eight years old as I had an abscess and swelling around my ankle that needed surgery. With lots of care and rest, I recovered well and no longer experience any pain or lameness. However, I continue to take supplements and medication to help me stay comfortable and active.

When there are visitors to my enclosure, I happily approach them – that's just the kind of sweet and friendly girl I am! I love people, and I don't have problems with the other dogs I share my space with. I like to go outside and will explore my surroundings calmly and confidently. I'm not so interested in strangers or other dogs when I'm walking and will easily pass by them. I enjoy the off-lead areas and will come to you if you call my name.

As I've never lived in a home before, everything will be new and strange at first, but I'm sure there's nothing I can't adapt to with your love and guidance!

If I sound like a good fit for your family, or you’d like to learn some more about me, please enquire. I may be a senior girl, but I firmly believe my best years are yet to come.
