A diamond in the ruff!
Hi! I’m Binam, a friendly and gentle yet sometimes cautious girl looking for a home.
By chance, one of Soi Dog's rescue officers found me under a bridge. I was just three months old at the time – a little diamond in the rough. Suspecting I'd been abandoned, and knowing my odds of surviving there alone were slim, they brought me to the shelter.
I needed some treatment when I arrived, including for parvovirus and anaemia. Fortunately, I made it through and have lived here ever since. I can be wary in some situations – for example, when meeting new people – but generally, my friendly and gentle personality shines.
As I've never lived in a home before, everything will be new and strange at first, but I'm sure there's nothing I can't adapt to with your love and guidance! Please note that unfortunately I cannot live with cats.

THE ADOPTION PROCESS
Adopting from Soi Dog Foundation is one of the most effective ways to support our work, as each adoption creates the space we need to help another animal in need. It is also incredibly rewarding to give an animal the chance to experience the love and security they so desperately deserve.
Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
