Did I hear that you’re my new best friend?

My personality: Active, goofy, cautious.

My story: For the first year of my life, I was a homeless dog living on beaches and streets. Although I didn’t have everything a dog deserves to, I had kind people looking after me and I led a care-free life. Sadly, this all came to an end one day when I was hit by a vehicle. The damage was so severe that my leg had to be amputated. I thought that being a three-legged dog was going to be tough, but I’ve adapted extremely well. You should see me get the zoomies!

What I need: I’m not a dog everyone understands from the word go, but when you really get to know me, I become a firm favourite. Just ask the behaviour team. They worked closely with me to help me overcome my shyness, and they’ve loved me ever since! I can still be a bit cautious around new people, but it doesn’t take long for me to trust you enough to ask for head scratches and cuddles.
