Banthai is a bonny Thai girl

Hello! I’m Banthai, a cute and cautious girl looking for a home.

I was rescued when I was a few months old. Life on the streets had already taken its toll on me. I was anaemic and covered in fleas, so I was brought to the Soi Dog shelter for treatment and care. I was so relieved to have a safe place to stay and food to eat every day. The bonus is having volunteers walk me and give me lots of fuss.

Inside my enclosure, I'm an easygoing girl who sweetly approaches visitors for attention. Outside, however, I'm much more cautious and shy. Busy places and unfamiliar dogs can spook me. I've noticed that I'm much more confident when I walk with a fellow dog from my enclosure and a human that I know well who can give me reassurance and love along the way.
