A proud tripawd boy

My personality: Curious, friendly, independent.

My story: I was found in the jungle behind a temple with a horrific wound to my leg. I'd been caught in a trap – most likely intended to catch wild boar – and it had ripped my paw to shreds. The vets at Soi Dog made the difficult decision to amputate my leg, and I became a proud member of the tripawd community – there's lots of us here at the shelter! I've adjusted well to the amputation and do not let anything prevent me from being a happy dog.

My needs: I enjoy leisurely walks, though I do move slowly and like to take breaks from time to time. You see, as a tripawd, I have to work a little harder and therefore tire a little quicker! People describe me as friendly yet independent and say I stand out not only because of my missing leg but because of my winning smile too. If I sound like your kind of dog, please get in touch.
