Waiting to show my true colours!

Life is extremely difficult when you are a homeless dog and almost blind. This was the reality Ryan was facing. He was scared, vulnerable and in desperate need of help.

Ryan came to the shelter confused and weak. His blood was abnormally low in a certain protein which is a cause of malnutrition. This put him at serious risk of a fluid build-up in his already fragile body. Both of his eyelids were swollen and his eyes were cloudy and weeping. He also had a bad cough which was causing him endless pain.

Upon his arrival the vets worked hard to get him back to full health. He was given eye drops, pain relief and a special diet to help him grow big and strong. Once he gained some strength, Ryan underwent surgery on his eyes. Unfortunately, one eye had to be removed. After a long road to recovery, he is back to his sweet self. While he may take some time to warm up to new people, once he gets to know you, your bond will be unbreakable. He is now looking for his forever home. Can you help him?
