Hello, my name is Beekin and I am very excited to meet you today!  

How wonderful, that you decided to click on my picture. Can you believe I’ve been at Soi Dog now since I was just a little kitten? Meow. Where does the time go? 

You might be wondering how I found my way here. Good news for you, I like telling stories... 

It all started on these four paws of mine. Life on the streets can be quite scary for us cats, so sometimes we like to take shelter. Sadly, we don’t always do that in the safest of places. 

At first glance, the bottom of the car looked like a great place to take my afternoon nap. Little did I know, there was something called an engine, which can be very hot and dangerous. My body was so badly burned and I had a huge open wound that nearly covered one whole side of my torso. The pain was just excruciating. 

With the help of kind people like you, Soi Dog were able to provide emergency medical care. It was a very long recovery for me. It was hard to spend so much time in the crate when I just wanted to play like other kittens, but I know that I was lucky to be receiving the treatment that made me feel so much better.  

You can be sure that I am making up for the lost time when it comes to being mischievous now though. I’m a well-known character in my cat suite and like to be one of the first to greet all of the lovely visitors that come to see us.  

While it is lovely having them here, it would be nice to have someone who I didn’t have to say goodbye to. Someone who was my very own. Until that day happens, could you be my special someone? I promise I'm a good friend. I’m not always mischievous (I have to sleep sometimes). kidding!  

You’ll even receive three very special updates from me throughout the year. And to top it all off, you’ll be helping me, and so many other cats too. You’ll basically be a superhero – isn't that cool! I’ve always seen myself as Batwoman. Na na na na na – it’s Beekin!  

Anyway, I should probably go and burn off some steam by having a few rounds of pawball. It was lovely to meet you, I hope we can catch up soon!
