I had the most traumatic start in life. I was just a few months old when I was brought to the Soi Dog shelter with such a severe injury that my leg had to be removed.

Before coming here, I’d spent days feeling terrified and in excruciating pain before I was found. I’m doing okay now but the experience left me emotionally scarred. Right now I do feel safe with some long-term volunteers, and they say I walk very well on my lead. I’m proud of myself. I’m also thankful for people like you who are giving me a chance to learn to trust again at my own pace.

The humans here are slowly building up my confidence and my trust, but it will be some time before I’m ready for a home of my own.
