The people here first met me when they received a frantic call about a dog that had been hit by a car and seriously injured. As a homeless dog in Thailand, I had no owner to care for me and get me to a vet, so I was left lying by the side of the road unable to move.

That is where people like you come in. Thanks to kind animal lovers like you, an animal rescue officer from Soi Dog was able to pick me up and race me to the dog hospital at the shelter. I was in so much pain and had serious injuries to my spine and back legs. Fortunately, in the weeks that followed I received the treatment and care I desperately needed, and things started to improve. Eventually, I was back up on my paws and walking again! This simply would not have been possible without compassionate people like you. 

Sadly, the accident has left me incontinent, meaning that I am unable to control my pee or my bowel movements. This also means it will be more difficult for me to find a forever home, so I may end up living at the shelter for quite some time, or possibly for the rest of my life. Fortunately, there are lots of nice people at Soi Dog taking care of me. This includes my carer Mimi (pictured below) who I love to spend time with and who helps me to stay clean so that my incontinence doesn't affect my quality of life too much. 

I am very well looked after here, and I feel happy and safe for the first time in my life. But there are hundreds of other rescued animals here at Soi Dog, and looking after so many of us costs a lot of money. Will you please do something very special and choose me as your sponsor dog?
